GCR: Car finance companies accused of overcharging for used vehicles in new UK class action

The UK’s three largest car finance companies must defend themselves against an opt-out class action claim before the country’s Competition Appeal Tribunal after a consumer rights advocate alleged they anticompetitively overcharged used car buyers.
